We personally plan & write your program, there is no copy and paste plans or a one size fits all approach. We plan and deliver the training via Training Peaks; this platform is a fantastic tool to allow us to not only set sessions but analyse them too.
The more information you can give us the more insight we can get into your training and how you are coping with it, so if you have access to heart rate data and a power meter that's great but not essential. We can also work with any other platforms that you may already be working with; Garmin, Strava etc
Every workout will/can be sent to or downloaded by the athlete, onto their smart trainer or watch. This makes the workouts easier to follow and this increases the overall effectiveness of the program.
The initial consultation is the first step on your journey. It gives us an insight into your current standard and fitness levels, any potential injury or illness concerns. Once we have historical data we are good to move on.
After the consultation we talk about goal setting and the realistic time frame to achieve those goals.We then get cracking on your PLAN!
